The alluring dining space, where you can indulge in the finest steaks and other delicacies until late at night without having to worry about being seen, is a unique restaurant created by Yamayuki, Japan's top tuna wholesaler, in collaboration with meat wholesaler Yazawa Meat.

The chef, who knows the meat inside and out, employs a unique technique to cook the meat perfectly, starting from a cold core temperature and warming the inside of the meat one degree at a time over high heat.

Enjoy the relaxed and modern space decorated with works by Italian lighting designer Diego Mardegan.
