At our own farm, Biei Yazawa Farm in Hokkaido, we raise "Yazawa Beef" with a singular focus: to achieve the most delicious wagyu experience possible through yakiniku. This is a flavor only achievable through complete dedication, from farm to plate — enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
